Kettlebells

Kettlebells have been used in Russia for centuries.  The Kettlebell differs from barbells in shape, looking more like a cannonball with a handle.  Lifting with Kettlebells is also more dynamic.  Exercises range from more quick or ballistic movements like swings, cleans, and snatches to slower, high-tension movements like windmills, and various presses, pulls, and leg movements.
