Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation sessions employ an extensive variety of manual techniques, such as myofascial release, manipulation of joints, pressure-point work, and balancing core support systems to address pain or injury and other physical ailments. Our traditional practices are also used in the professional sports setting to help speed the athlete’s recovery time. CES blends traditional modalities including ultrasound, electronic stimulus therapy, heat and ice along with outer support systems ranging from heel lifts, ankle taping to knee braces and back supports, as needed.

Rehabilitation sessions combine muscle strengthening, stretching, and balancing techniques to help each client establish safe exercise patterns and progress from our rehabilitation room back onto our Training Floor. Rehabilitation sessions also include individual instruction on specific exercises to help aid a supplemental home exercise program. Once on the road to recovery, our Exercise Specialists will work with your Physical Therapist to seamlessly guide you towards resuming your regular fitness program and active lifestyle, pain free.

CES’s approach to Rehabilitation treats everyone as an individual and we believe that optimal success comes from a customized recovery program. Just as each body is different, so too is each diagnosis and each treatment strategy. We do not use set protocols unless prescribed by your medical doctor. All Rehabilitation sessions are conducted by one of our licensed Physical Therapists.
