Athletic Team Coaching is designed to identify and correct performance weaknesses found both team-wide and in individual athletes. CES kicks-off each Athletic Development Program by conducting a full-body Functional Movement Screen on each team member to determine individual weaknesses and allow CES to prepare corrective strategies for each player. The comprehensive screening process also highlights team-wide or sport-specific weaknesses that can increase the risk of injury. All CES Athletic Teams undergo a screening and training process very similar to that which is undertaken by many professional sports teams including the Minnesota Wild and the Indianapolis Colts, among others.  An Athletic Team Coaching Program typically lasts 6-12 weeks.  CES can also work with your team off season.

The CES Athletic Team Program features a three-part strategy: Fundamental movement, technique and performance. Each player becomes proficient in each phase as the movements become more familiar. Improvement is motivating and players will see a direct correlation between their training programming and lower rates of injury and an increase in strength and stamina.

CES is currently working with athletes and athletic teams at the Youth, High school, College, Semi-Pro and Professional Team levels. Soccer, hockey, golf, tennis, football, and rugby teams alike benefit from our experienced well-educated and committed staff, all of whom have either played professional or collegiate sports or have worked directly with athletes at these levels.
