CES approaches Semi-Private Coaching with the same athletic development strategy as Private Coaching but with the added elements of team work and accountability that a group approach offers. Semi-Private sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and ages within a session and typically include up to 6 participants. Semi-Private Coaching workouts include a broad mix of exercise modalities ranging from traditional body weight movements, kettlebell exercises, medicine ball work, and intensive weight lifting. We also offer a unique CES Boot Camp experience that is particularly popular for groups of co-workers looking to fit in quick and challenging workouts into their busy schedules. Choose a partner or workout with co-workers, friends, or family!
