Private coaching sessions are individually catered to the client’s personal goals and assessment results. Our Exercise Specialists follow an Intelligent Exercise Design protocol rooted in cutting edge, research-based athletic development techniques. We use Functional Movement as the platform upon which to improve symmetry, mobility, and strength. Whether you are looking for metabolic conditioning, golf-specific training, yoga, Olympic and traditional weight-lifting or kettelbells, our practitioners are fully-certified and well-qualified to help you succeed. Private Coaching sessions are typically one hour in length although we can accommodate half-hour sessions upon request.
