Our Equestrian Fitness program aims to develop the strength and fitness of each rider to increase overall “oneness” with your horse. Our equestrian program first focuses on injury prevention in order to maintain each rider’s durability and longevity within their sport. We use a variety of exercises to increase both the strength and mobility of the pelvis, hips and lower back so they can work efficiently to prolong the onset of fatigue, allowing you to maintain a proficient seat connection with your horse. In addition, the upper body training will work to increase the stability of the shoulder girdle and trunk with the goal of developing optimal posture and soft hands.
