Laura has been immersed in the fitness industry since 2004. Her interests span a variety of physical activities from yoga to olympic lifting. Currently Laura trains a wide range of clientele, applying first the model of mobility and stability. She blends her coaching experience across multiple fitness domains including FMS and RKC. Laura is convinced that regardless of age or gender, you can always exceed your fitness aspirations.
