Kelly graduated from Methodist University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education with a concentration in Sports Management. After college Kelly fulfilled her aspirations as a professional athlete playing golf on the LPGA Tour. She has always had a passion for fitness and educating others on the benefits of developing and maintaining a sound mind and body, not just for sport, but for everyday activity and wellness. Kelly uses FMS and TPI as a part of her training framework. She believes that in order to have sustainability in the things you love to do it is important to train the body in the most functional and efficient ways possible. Kelly loves all aspects of training, especially youth fitness, golf performance and endurance running. As Kelly continues her education in specified areas of the health industry she is excited to be a part of the CES team and embraces it’s philosophy and cutting edge concepts.
